Electroless Nickel Plated
Electroless nickel plating provides a homogeneous coating on the entire surface of the parts. With its high hardness degree, it resists abrasion, corrosion and abrasion. It is suitable for soldering. It has a low coefficient of friction. Electroless nickel plating, which also has magnetic properties, shows a high degree of reflection.
Phosphate Coating
Phosphate coating; It is a transformation coating with a crystalline structure applied to the metal surface. Phosphate coating reduces the friction characteristics of moving parts when applied alone or in combination with oil. Although it is called phosphate coating, it requires application together with oil or top lacquer in order to prevent corrosion due to the low rust resistance of phosphate alone. Phosphate coating applied to iron surfaces has no effect on stainless steel surfaces. Advantages of phosphate coating; It can be counted as providing corrosion resistance, reducing the friction coefficient with oil and providing a good adhesion surface in paint and organic coatings.
Galvanized Coating
The galvanized coating application we apply within Quacorp is much more preferred than alternative coating methods, as it is much more economical and requires less labor. Thanks to its long-lasting structure, the galvanized coating does not require maintenance for 50 years, depending on its environment, and its surface, which provides corrosion protection, is easily cleaned. Galvanized coating, which can be applied regardless of climatic conditions, is made directly without any additional preparation, retouching or painting, and is ready for use immediately after application. Thanks to this feature, it saves time. When the steel product is dipped in molten zinc, it provides a holistic coating by covering the inside and outside as well as the points such as large holes and details on it. It does not thin the important edges and corners of the product, such as methods such as spraying and brushing. Static Paint
Static paint is applied to metal and various plastic products with an electrostatic powder coating machine. Based on the principle of 'negatives attract each other', it creates an intermediate attraction by giving a positive charge to the paint and a negative dye to the product. Thanks to this application, the paint applied on the product becomes harder, durable and smoother.

It is a process applied on the parts in various sizes and times for processes such as surface softening and phosphate. It is a method used to prepare the parts for subsequent processes, as well as to obtain a finished product by applying it alone.

It is a process that is usually done for cleaning production residues or smoothing edges and corners.
