Sheet Manufacturing
Starting from sheet metal component analysis, mold production and mass production. We transform various types of sheet metal into finished products with our own eccentric and hydraulic presses in molds involving various processes such as cutting, plastering, bending, and forming. The products, whose sheet product analysis and usage details are determined, are modeled in digital environment with computer aided design (CAD) with realistic dimensions and tolerances. The design and computer-aided manufacture (CAM) of the most suitable mold/moulds for the product is carried out by focusing on quality and cost. After the samples have passed the necessary quality tests and dimensional controls, mass production is approved. Manufactured products are checked regularly and frequently in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
Mold
Quacorp has adopted its own policy of mold production. This policy primarily ensures fast and customized mold production. When the manufacturing experience is included in the mold production processes, the resulting mold is much smoother and better. However, maintenance-repair or revision works during mass production are solved much faster thanks to this policy and production programs are not interrupted.
It has the capacity to make all kinds of sheet metal molds with its rich machinery and talented team. During mold production, CAD and CAM are used extensively, as well as traditional molding and leveling techniques.
